Refunds apply to products only. (Services are excluded unless otherwise stated).
If you recieve a delivery and have items missing, please notify the company immediately. You need to inform us of missing deliveries and items within 48 hours of you accepting the delivery, in order to be eligible for a replacement or refund. Failure to inform KismatKarma within this time frame will result in no refund or replacement items being delivered to you.
Do not accept any parcels that look tampered with. If a box or parcel is opened or partly opened, do not accept delivery and put your claim in with the delivery company directly.
Drop off items
Clients may drop off items for energy clearing or disposal if they feel negative energies are attached to certain items. A fee is payable for this service prior to the drop off, unless you are droppping of items in conjunction with another service such as a Paranormal Investigation.
Jewellery and money are not accepted as drop off items (or gifts).
products that you wish to drop off must be declared a drop off form which should be signed and dated.
Products droped off for energy clearing will be cleared within one month. It is the customers responsibilty to collect their items within this timeframe.
Collections are done on Sunday's and Monday's only apart from bank holidays. Kindly notify us 48hrs prior your collection.
If you have purchased an item, then please bring your collection slip or receipt with you on the day of collection.
If you would like to collect and item that had been handed over to be disposed, unfortunetly such items will not be returnable.
If you have dropped off items for energy clearing; it is the cutomers responsibility to collect their items within the month.
Items holding onto negative energy that are dropped off to KismatKarma should be collected within one month. It is the customers resposibilty to collect these items within this reasonable timeframe. All uncollected items will be kept to one side for a maximum period of eight months. If the items are still not collected then KismatKarma hold the right to dispose or destroy these items.
Please note that there will be a cancellation fee applicable for all missed appointments. We require 48hours prior notice if you wish to change or ammend your appointment and avoid the canellation charge. All missed phone appointments will be non refundable and a new appointment will have to be made if you wished to book the service again.
All face to face services are non refundable if you cancel or miss your appointment on the appointed date of your appointment.
Paranormal investigations will be conducted and carried out based on the information provided via the consultation form submitted by the customer. Please be open and very honest with the paranormal activity you are or have experienced at the premise that you wish to have investigated, as this effects the quality of the service. A paranormanl investigation report takes approximately four weeks to complete and this time frame may vary according to mitigating circumstances. This service is non refundable once the initial payment has been made.
Chromotherapy Interior is a service which is provided at a distant and is based on the information that you provide. Please provide acurate data that the chromotherapy team request as this will effect the qualitiy of the service provided. A written request must be submitted to the team if you wish for the chromotherapy team to come and collect the data for you. Please note that a call out charge will be applicable if you wish to opt for the service of staff visiting the premise to collect the data required for the final chromotherapy report.
A chromotherapy report takes approximately three weeks to complete and this time frame may vary according to mitigating circumstances. This service is non refundable once the initial payment has been made.
Due to the nature of this service, we cannot guarentee any outcome. Please keep this in mind if you do decide to book this service. A karmic clearing involves intense spiritual work by the psychic department, therefore this service is non refundable.
Any holistic healing service can only be provided after you have had a full consultation for the healing you wish to have. Please note that this is a legal requirement and we refuse to provide a healing without having conducted a consultation first. All consultations will have to be conducted face to face as this is the correct legal, ethical and moral method of providing a consultation.
