Summer Solstice

June Solstice (Summer Solstice) is on Friday, June 21, 2019 at 4:54 pm in London. In terms of daylight, this day is 8 hours, 49 minutes longer than on December Solstice.

This is the longest day of the year in the Northern hemisphere!

With more time in the day, this is a wonderful opportunity to set some intentions for your life and the last half of the year.

Making time to set intentions can be a powerful practice because it’s the first step to creating a life you love living.

Years ago, one of my Spirit guides said something to me that I’ll never forget. she said:

“Your choices shape your life. You are the artist. Your life is the canvas. Intention is your paintbrush.”
