SERVICES – TERMS & CONDITIONS
We require 72 hours’ notice if you wish to cancel your appointment. You will receive a refund minus a £50.00 cancellation fee.
If you cancel within 72 hours of your appointment, no refund will be issued.
It is only possible to reschedule your appointment for another date if you give us 72 hours’ notice. There is no charge for this.
It is your responsibility to be ready to start your reading at your allotted appointment time. For over the telephone readings, you must ensure that your phone is on and working and that you are ready to receive the call. For video call readings, make sure you are online. If you have chosen a face-to-face reading, it is your responsibility to ensure that you reach our offices promptly so that you do not lose any of your reading time. We recommend arriving 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. We will be unable to extend your appointment if the delay is down to the client.
NOTE: Any part payments will not be refunded towards any product or service.
Paranormal Investigations and All Energy work
Paranormal investigations and All Energy work will be conducted and carried out based on the information provided via the consultation form submitted by the customer. Please be open and very honest with the paranormal activity you are or have experienced at the premises that you wish to have investigated, as this effect the quality of the service. A paranormal investigation report takes approximately four weeks to complete and this time frame may vary according to mitigating circumstances. Other Energy work report times may vary based on your individual case. This service is non-refundable once the initial payment has been made.
Karmic Clearing / All Energy Work
Due to the nature of this service, we cannot guarantee any outcome. Please keep this in mind if you do decide to book this service. A karmic clearing involves intense spiritual work by the psychic department, therefore this service is non-refundable.
Any holistic healing service can only be provided after you have had a full consultation for the healing you wish to have. Please note that this is a legal requirement and we refuse to provide a healing without having conducted a consultation first. All consultations will have to be conducted face to face as this is the correct legal, ethical and moral method of providing a consultation.

Changed your mind?
Items with meditations
The majority of our products and services are personalized with intense meditations. Due to the nature of the spiritual meditations, these products and services cannot be transferred to another person. For this reason, we regret that we cannot accept returns or offer a refund on these products unless cancelled within 24 hours of placing your order. This will incur a £25.00 cancellation fee per product. Please only order at your own risk.
Items without meditations
Exceptions: Any item which are not personalized with meditations and so are eligible for a refund if you have changed your mind. Please return the item in its original condition and we will exchange or refund it for you. You must inform us within 14 days of receiving your order and you have a further 14 days to return the item back to us. By original condition, we expect this to mean that you have kept the packaging and labels and the item is undamaged and unused. Any documentation or accessories must be returned with the item. Once returned, we will refund the person who originally paid for the order via the same method of payment minus the £25.00 cancellation fee.
Important: We reserve the right to charge a re-stocking fee or refuse a return if any of the above conditions are not met. The original postage payment will not be refunded. The buyer is responsible for return shipping and insurance. We strongly suggest obtaining a tracking number.
Faulty Goods or Goods Not As Described
It is your legal right to return any goods which are faulty or not as described for a full refund or an exchange. Please contact a member of the team on 02080365711 or email so we can organise this for you. We will provide a pre-addressed shipping label for faulty products.

If you receive a delivery and have items missing, please notify us within 48 hours of accepting the delivery on 02080365711 or email in order to be eligible for a replacement or refund. Failure to inform KismatKarma within this time frame will result in no refund or replacement items being sent.
Do not accept any parcels that looks tampered with. If a box or parcel is open or partly open, do not accept delivery and put your claim in with the delivery company directly.
Drop off items for Energy Clearing or Disposal
Clients may drop off items for energy clearing or disposal if they feel negative energies are attached to certain items. A fee is payable for this service prior to the drop off, unless you are dropping off items in conjunction with another service such as a Paranormal Investigation.
Jewellery and money are not accepted as drop off items (or gifts).
Products that you wish to drop off must be declared on a drop off form which should be signed and dated.
Products dropped off for energy clearing will be cleared within one month. It is the customer's responsibility to collect their items within this time frame.
Items for Collection
Collections usually take place on Sundays and Mondays, apart from bank holidays. Kindly notify us 48 hours prior your collection to arrange this.
If you have purchased an item, then please bring your collection slip or receipt with you on the day of collection.
If you would like to collect an item that had been handed over to be disposed, unfortunately such items will not be returnable.
If you have dropped off items for energy clearing, it is the customer's responsibility to collect their items within the month. There would be a £51 charge per item for energy clearing.
Items holding onto negative energy that are dropped off to Kismatkarma should be collected within one month. It is the customer's responsibility to collect these items within this reasonable time frame. All uncollected items will be kept to one side for a maximum period of eight months. If the items are still not collected then Kismatkarma holds the right to dispose or destroy these items.
Any funds received into our account without an order being placed, will be considered

The information we hold on our databases is your name, email address, and your phone number and in some cases your postal address.
If you request our blessings tokens then we will have your photograph and details you provide via email. These details may be deleted after the service is provided.
